Our mission at the Women’s Wargaming Network is to help women thrive in professional wargaming. It is not enough merely to survive as a woman in a male-dominated field: our goal is for women to bring their authentic selves, the full range of their talents and abilities, and their own vision and ambition to professional wargaming.

To get to this ultimate goal, we work towards mentoring women and raising the visibility of women in the field. We absolutely welcome our males colleagues in wargaming to be part of the solution. Without whose support and mentorship, many of us would not be wargamers in the first place.
